血管平滑肌細(xì)胞是許多動(dòng)脈疾病的主要靶細(xì)胞。血管平滑肌細(xì)胞的加速生長(zhǎng)潛能是血管疾病進(jìn)展的關(guān)鍵因素。*新研究表明血管平滑肌細(xì)胞表達(dá)的血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞表達(dá)細(xì)胞粘附因子ICAM-1 和 VCAM-1,研究表明這些因子能促進(jìn)血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞增殖,分化和血管壁的炎癥反應(yīng),并且與血管疾病的進(jìn)展及穩(wěn)定有關(guān)。人血管平滑肌細(xì)胞的體外培養(yǎng)是血管研究中的重要模型,并將對(duì)血管疾病的藥理學(xué)和治療研究提供大量信息。
ScienCell實(shí)驗(yàn)室的HBVSMC分離自人大腦組織,原代凍存,冰凍運(yùn)輸。每管細(xì)胞密度超過(guò)5×105/ml。細(xì)胞經(jīng)α-smooth muscle actin和desmin免疫熒光鑒定。本細(xì)胞經(jīng)檢測(cè)不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實(shí)驗(yàn)室特制的培養(yǎng)基,可保證此細(xì)胞達(dá)到15次或以上的倍增。
