ScienCell實驗室的HN分離自人大腦,原代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度超過1×106/ml。細胞經neurofilament、MAP2和β-tubulin?III的免疫熒光鑒定。本細胞經檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母菌和真菌。HN不推薦長期培養或增值培養。
