心臟成纖維細(xì)胞為心肌細(xì)胞提供結(jié)構(gòu)支持,并負(fù)責(zé)在生長(zhǎng)和病理生理?xiàng)l件下心肌細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的合成。CF是心肌損傷反應(yīng)的重要細(xì)胞成分和旁分泌生長(zhǎng)因子的來源。CF的增殖和基質(zhì)合成對(duì)于心肌梗塞、心肌纖維化部位瘢痕形成具有重要作用。CF的培養(yǎng)已被廣泛應(yīng)用為生理(運(yùn)動(dòng))和病理(高血壓)應(yīng)激下心臟基質(zhì)重塑研究的模型。
Sciencell研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室的HCF-av是從**心室分離得到的,原代凍存,冰凍運(yùn)輸。每管細(xì)胞密度超過5×10^5/ml。細(xì)胞特性經(jīng)纖維粘連蛋白免疫熒光鑒定。本細(xì)胞經(jīng)檢測(cè)不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實(shí)驗(yàn)室特制的培養(yǎng)基,可保證此細(xì)胞15倍增增殖。
